Glendale Boarding Kennels & Cattery is a family-run business, the dream of my mother, that was purpose-built on our farm, just outside Liskeard, over a quarter of a century ago. Our boarding kennels have been built to a high standard to comply with all current regulations, and each sleeping quarter is heated, well ventilated and has its own outside run. Our Catering
We have a small and highly trained team of boarders who take care of pets in the safe and comfortable environment of their own homes. Each member of staff is qualified to the highest level of pet care training possible, so they are equipped to deal with any situation which may arise during your pet’s stay. The cattery is also purpose-built and is situated a distance away from the kennels to allow the cats a more peaceful stay. Each pen in the cattery has three storeys with a sun balcony. Cats from the same home can be housed together and each cat has a good view of its neighbour. The cattery has a fresh, airy feel, with a leafy centrepiece to give a calm feel to the unit. We now have a newly built small animal annex for Rabbits, Guineapigs etc, which is heated and insulated
Tailored approach
If you are local to Liskeard and heading off on holiday soon, or you're in need of someone to take care of your companion on a daily basis, we are happy to answer any questions you have and show you around the kennels and cattery. Viewing is available at any time, however, we do suggest that you come after 11am as we will have more time to show you round after the daily clean. Please give us a call to let us know you are coming down to ensure we have not popped out to pick up or drop off any animals.
